12mm

A bit of an ear update I suppose. So, I got well excited when after around a week of waiting my crazy factory order arrived. For everyone who don't already know, crazy factory is a Germany-based piercing and stretcher shop. Their stuff is all very affordable and I've only had good experiences with them. Oh yeah, I'm not in anyway promoting them, wish I was, simply stating the truth.
So I went from having a 8-10mm to my final size, a 12mm. So excited to change into the tunnel once it's healed!

T-shirts

Went into Ark in Cambridge yesterday not thinking I'd buy anything. I always go in there and most of the time I end up getting nothing, as the fit of the stuff is usually a bit dodgy on me. However, this time I spotted these two t-shirts. I've been wanting a cropped neon tie-dye t-shirt for ages now, and finally I found the perfect one! The Live Fast tee wasn't a planned purchase, I just saw it in the sale racks and thought it looked really cool. Can't wait for it to be t-shirt weather. I love t-shirts.
I also splurged on some cosmetics at boots, mac and lush. Post about that next week.

I'm off running now, have a lovely Sunday or whatever day it is when you read this!

a look inside my sketchbook

A little look inside my sketchbook. No super exciting works, as these are only doodles I make whenever I'm bored and not usually planned. Whenever I create, I don't tend to have a plan on what the artwork is going to be. I guess I just let my mind wander and usually something pretty random comes out of it.

My favorite medium, as you probably can see is just ink on paper. However, when I feel like it I also do acrylic paintings. That rarely happens though, as I don't always have canvases laying around to paint on. pen and paper is just so much less effort, yet equally pleasing to the eye in my opinion.

I don't have a lot of finished works. This is because I have a hard time working on a piece for a long time. I'm one of the people who enjoy the process of creation more than the actual finished piece, so therefore I tend to start a new sketch before I've even finished the old one...

On a random note, I just dyed my hair dark brown, a few pictures below.
